DMCA Removal Request

We at Section Eighty ("sectioneighty.com", "forum.sectioneighty.com") take matters of Intellectual Property very seriously and are committed to meeting the needs of content owners.

Any material on third party websites are the responsibility of those sites and not Section Eighty. We have no knowledge of whether content shown on third party websites is or is not authorized by the content owner as that is a matter between the host site and the content owner. Section Eighty does not host any content on its servers or network. Section Eighty also makes the removal of any links potentially violating copyright easy for Content Owners, by providing a form to have any link removed/blocked from Section Eighty's database. Users and sites that are repeat offenders will be blocked, banned, or have privileges revoked.

Section Eighty is a helping website and as such Content Owners can use the DMCA form to request removal of links to videos, images or audio that they believe infringe their copyright.

Content owners must understand that by having a link removed from Section Eighty they will not be removing the actual source video or image from the 3rd party site.

Please remember, by choosing to not file a DMCA takedown request with the host site, you are choosing to not have the content removed from the internet and only from forum.sectioneighty.com

Content owners must also understand that Section Eighty is a complex system of automatic indexers, robotic scripts and user submissions; if a video, image or audio file exists on the web relating to the forum we may at some point find it and post it on the website. It is entirely possible that we will index a previously removed video or image that is hosted using a different URL or different hosting website.

Please do not send DMCA forms asking for entire threads to be removed. We only accept requests for an actual link to be removed, as we do not host the content.

Thank you for the patience and cooperation. Note that emailing your complaint to other parties such as our Internet Service Provider will not expedite your request and may result in a delayed response due the complaint not properly being filed.
