On another tangent, to legitimize 6IX9INE a little further, I think there are shades of many rappers we give respect to in him. DMX, Sticky Fingaz, Beastie Boys. Meek Mill of course, but it's been in fashion to dismiss him as "yeller" just as erroneously.

69 a shithead but he is part of pop culture so his music should be looked at without bias, especially by an eminent music review site. But it does make me wonder what the line is or if there is line that warrants an artist being blacklisted for his actions

Tekashi69 sexually assaulted a 13 year old girl on camera.
Kodak Black is accused of raping a groupie who willing went to his hotel room with him, a likely bogus charge that would be written off for most artists had he not had prior run ins with the law.
XXXtentacion was accused of battery (nothing sexual) against a woman who was extorting him for money and didn't show in court once he paid her.

Big differences.

both were accused without proof. It's likely bogus because he's never been accused of any sexual crimes before, then he becomes famous and now all of a sudden he's a r--ist. I'm not saying he didn't do it, but it should definitely be scrutinized.

Didn't know that about X, but still he's just accused.
