Mar 27, 2018 COD 4>>>> the simplicity is what made it great. After that, they did too much. Though I did enjoy some of the other CODs after: World At War, MW2, Black Ops, WWII.
Mar 27, 2018 blops1 was way more co-op friendly. IIRC it was the first CoD to have splitscreen online. I'd say it's better in that sense, just cause anyone coming to your house could play with you.
Mar 31, 2018 I feel like noone has gone back and actually replayed any of these games. They age like shitmilk. Cod 1 and 2 were the only timeless titles because they didnt use the same f---ing formula for 12 years in a row. Cod 4 through now is the same d--- game on the same old a--- engine. Trash series.

Mar 31, 2018 Standard Cod4 would of been average but got saved by pro mod which made it a great game competitively. From mw2 they stopped with dedicated servers so mods couldn't save their trash games

Apr 3, 2018 Honestly everyone's answer is gonna be one of the first two that they played. I played quite a bit of MW2 and Black Ops in college but was pretty bored of it when MW3 came around and never bothered with any of them after that.
