Raziel Ice like Paul Wall but I can't take mine out

    Aug 1, 2015
I've been dealing with this s--- for months now. Gone are the nights where I could fall asleep seamlessly holding my gf in peaceful dreamless sleep. Hello anxiety filled nights.

Do you deal with this? How so?

Everyday. I'm overly anxious and suffer from depression. It's always been hard for me to sleep.

I take sleeping pills. Though I've been thinking of seeking professional help for my sleeping problems.

Insomnia was also heredity in my family...

I used to take low, grade sleeping pills like candy to escape depression. In my early 20s it was so bad I ended up going to the dr for some sleep meds and he gave me 12 of them and told me to only take them as I needed them bc they were habit-forming. I ended up taking one and it knocked my sleep cycle back into a completely normal routine. That was in 2009, thankfully my new job is from 1030 pm to the early morning hours so my lack of being able to fall asleep won't impact my work days

Mine were effecting me two weeks ago. I got dizzy and disoriented. I had to take a day off, and I spent most that day off in bed, sleeping on and off.

I envy those who can go right to sleep....

I have really bad insomnia. I generally lay down and it takes me about 4 hours to actually sleep, with lots of tossing and turning and getting up and doing s--- randomly cause I just can't f---ing get comfortable or anything. It's frustrating as f---, especially when I can actually sleep in for once and then it's wasted because I can't fall asleep.

if you have a basic job with 9-5 hours that means getting up early you're generally tired throughout the day and can fall asleep with ease around 9pm-10pm.

I doubt many of u actually suffer with insomnia, you're just sat around doing nothing all day (maybe posting on a forum) which requires no physical movement, f---ing up you're sleeping pattern. If you're out of the house at least 6 hours a day doing s---, you should have no trouble at all sleeping.

To an extent I agree with you but when I worked night shifts I'd usually get off around 2 or later (working 10+ hours) and end up staying up until 7 am or later bc I wasn't tired

Always had trouble getting to sleep. I usually smoke before bed or, failing that, take sleeping pills which I get online (etizolam - as strong as prescription sleep meds but less of a b---- to get a hold of).

If I decide to go drug free or I don't need to be up in the morning I just accept the fact that I'm not going to be going to sleep till rly late and just stay up doing whatever. I still get 7 hours in, it's just 5am-midday instead of midnight-7am like most people.
