Aug 2, 2015 Who cares if he swings like a girl, I doubt he's trying to see anyone on the street with fists anyways. Fam weighs 120 pounds. Boxing is probably one of the best workouts you can get in. Shadow boxing for 30 seconds will have most people gassed. From the balls of your feel to the end of your fists, your whole body is involved. His form will come, his speed is great though. That 1-2 gonna be dangerous once he learns the footwork/pivots/etc.
