    He's shed nearly all of his character to be taken more seriously. At least that's my interpretation of his change in direction and voice. Maybe he has changed organically and for the better but his music has been stripped of the grit that launched drill in the first place. I blame Kanye. The strongest tracks were the collabs.

    After listening to the audio samples on that, It seems to me all of the beats sound the same..lol

    he's stepped up though, might give it a listen

    I've noticed you've said before how trap beats tend to sound the same to you, I think it's one of those things that comes from a lack of experience with the genre, not to imply you're entirely uneducated on it, but just that you're not as well versed as a fan of trap artists. It's like I know people who can't tell the difference between Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra, or how snoop cant tell the difference between future and migos.

    Idk probably so..lol I used to be into Trap, when everyone else hated it..lol then I grew out of it

    I'm still familiar with it, just not really my type of rap music..being from the south, a lot of it still sticks with me though

    He still has that grit, he's just changed his delivery,organically, due to everyone copying it.

    I liked Chief Keef untill his album dropped. I think the album had some good tracks but everything after has been weird.

    I just dont think the autotune thing worked for Keef.

    I quickly gave this album a listen and i liked some of the tracks and will give it a good listen later.

    have you listened to his mixtapes or his loose tracks? Because some of his best songs aren't even on his projects.
