GOAT Gangsta Rapper

    One of my boys said today that Schoolboy Q was going to go down the best gangsta rapper ever and i told him he's way off. My vote goes to 50 Cent hands down.

    Get Rich or Die Tryin' is a masterpiece and it is still to one of these days one of the hardest albums ever created. Songs like What Up Gangsta, Many Men, High All The Time, Blood Hound, Back Down, Don't Push Me, & Wanksta all proved that at that time 50 was at the top.

    The Massacre was a solid follow up with another gangsta tone to it. Songs like In My Hood, This is 50, I'm Supposed to Die Tonight, Piggy Bank, Gatman & Robin, Gunz Come Out, My Toy Soldier, I Don't Need 'Em and Hate it or Love it (remix) were all further proof that 50 was the hardest rapper out there.

    Curtis had a lighter tone to it but still had tracks like My Gun go Off, Man Down, I'll Still k---, & Curtis 187 that were hardcore gangsta rap songs.

    Before i Self Destruct had Death to My Enemies, So Disrespectful, Psycho, Crime Wave, and Gangsta's Delight.

    The original SKI had Major Distribution and Warning You which were more of that gangsta rap.

    Animal Ambition had Everytime i Come Around, The Funeral, Flip on You, & Chase the Paper

    Not to mention all his original music from before GRODT like Power of the Dollar, Guess Who's Back and all his mixtapes. So for me, 50 may not be in the top 10 anymore for best rappers, but i think he's still the GOAT gangsta rapper by far

    Game > 50. The game single handedly brought the west coast back and broke apart the biggest rap group out.

    Biggie is clearly a better rapper than Game. That's not even a debatable topic. However Game has put out more songs that I enjoy.

    Idk about the GOAT but Q has potential to be better than 50. I don't see him falling off like 50 did after The Massacre. 50 has bounced back but his peak was GRODT

    Are you kidding? The west coast was f---ing dead for a minute. Game dropped the documentary and opened the door for the new era. Who you think put kendrick and Jay rock on? Who do you think helped get nipsey hussle a buzz. So many other west coast rappers game helped (or at least tried to help). Game was helping these dudes get a name before they ever had one.

    If it wasn't for 50 he would have never released an album. Game isn't responsible for kendrick or Jay rocks career either

    Q is one of my favorite gangsta rappers, Gangsta Gibbs too.

    I don't know if either would be considered GOAT though.

    You need to do your homework kid. K endricks first mixtape was hosted by dj skee (games dj). Jay rock's watts finest mixtapes we're also hosted by dj skee. First time anyone really heard of kendrick and Jay rock was game's the black wall street mixtape. First radio single kendrick was on "the city". Game, Game, Game. Who was one of the people that passed kendrick the torch and made kendrick cry? Game.

    You can't get more gangsta than that. People come to k--- you, you k--- them and go to jail and still continue to put out music.
