Value:
Always try to find value in your picks. If you always back favourites, its a losing strategy. Researching what you’re betting on is extremely important. Without proper knowledge you can be assured that you won’t have an edge over the bookmaker. Just betting on gut feeling is what bookies like a lot. But there is a big mistake bettors often make while researching.

Bankroll Management:
Your Bankroll is how much you deposit at your bookmaker. This should only be money you can afford to lose. My favoured system of Bankroll Management is a 'unit system'.

With the unit-system I still bet around 2,5% of my bankroll on average on a bet, but I have the option to increase or decrease my stake depending on the value I think I found. When I think I have found a lot of value in a bet I can choose to increase my stake size up to 5% of my bankroll. And when I think I found a little bit of value, just enough to justify betting on it, I can go as low as 0.5% of my bankroll.
This system is called the unit-system because you are going to bet in units, with each unit representing a certain percentage of your bankroll. It also won’t let you bet more than 10 units, so the maximum bet is 10/10. For me one unit is 0.5% of my bankroll, so you can work out that a 1/10 bet is 0.5% of your bankroll, a 5/10 bet 2.5% of your bankroll and a 10/10 bet 5% of your bankroll. The aim should still be that you bet 2.5% on average but as I said before you can choose to increase the amount of units you stake on a bet if you think you have found a lot of value. The 1/10 and 10/10 bets are actually rarely used by me and I think that is the way the system should be used. A 10/10 bet won’t come around that often and a 7, 8 or 9/10 bet will suffice more than enough for a good value bet.

Whats acca bruh ? ill be putting several multi bets on the euro qualifiers again after last nights success, will post my main multi shortly, just had a quick look then and all the Euro qualifiers look fairly straight forward with lots of short priced favorites apart from the spain/ukraine game but its pretty rare for all favorites to win so i guess its a matter of picking which underdog can snag a draw or a win, its also good to make the odds more juicy too.

oh word i've never heard that before, im going to have a stab in the dark without knowing the starting teams/whos in form e.t.c and say all the favorites except Macedonia to pinch a draw off Belarus and Spain to draw with Ukraine, the only other danger game seems to be the Estonia/Swiss match.

Yeah mate i still bet a few nights a week, haven't had any notable wins since the last round of the fa cup a few weeks ago, was also winning a fair bit on the Aussie big bash league recently, Sportsbet had an offer where if your team scored over 160 but lost they give you your money back. The AFL (aussie rules) starts in about a month and thats when i come into my own, Its a lot safer betting on AFL favorites compared to say EPL betting where one good play by a team playing s--- can win the game.
