Yeah but the salary cap era is f---ing tough, people don't really understand that.

Eagles dropped to 6-10 because TO was a b---- and I believe McNabb got hurt that year.

McNabb is one of the most underrated QBs ever.

Yeah what I believe made him underrated were his last few seasons with us as he declined and just said dumb s--- in post game interviews. After we tied with a team where we could have won still except he wasn't paying attention to the clock, he said he thought there'd be another quarter after OT after the game lol. As the years have gone by though, Philly has began to appreciate him more. Especially with the QB's we've been dealing with. TO caused so much drama while he was with us, I'll still never forget the following season after he went to Dallas and we played them for the first time. Dawkins, one of my all-time favorite players lit him up over midfield on their opening drive.

He's calmed down now with age, saw him say in a recent interview that the only thing he regrets during is career is not bringing Philly a championship

Blame injuries m8.... Someone on NFL Network said it best. Cowboys will look back on this season think what it could have been. Cowboys probably would already have this division locked up if Romo doesn't miss those 7 games.

Edit: In another news, Romo won't need surgery so that's good. This injury not as serious as the one he suffered earlier in the season. Doctors are saying he was fully healed from the last injury but Cowboys rushed the recovery/rehab process and know it was very likely that he would re-injur himself. Smh....

I just realized..... This year will be the first time since 2010 that the Cowboys won't be one of the last two teams standing at the end of the season to compete for the NFC East title.
2011- Giants vs Cowboys
2012- Redskins vs Cowboys
2013- Eagles vs Cowboys
2014- Eagles vs Cowboys

Even before 2010 as well...

2009- Eagles vs Cowboys
2008- Eagles vs Cowboys
2007- We kind of ran away with it this year but Giants put up some what of a fight.

That might actually be the worst performance I've ever seen from a Cowboys team ever lol no lie. The year after when we beat you guys 3 times (swept in regular season + wild card round) was some sweet revenge though. The fact that it was McNabb's last season as an eagle was just icing on the cake too.

that was probably the greatest game I've ever seen as an Eagles fan. When Dawkins stripped Barber on the 5 hardline and Hanson went 95 yards.

I remember that game was supposed to be meaningless too. I remember in order for that game to mean something, you guys needed like 3 different teams to win and I remember one of them you needed the raiders to pull some crazy upset. This game was the night game too so Eagles knew at the time of kick off, they were playing for a playoff spot.

I just remembering being so pissed that you guys had everything fall into your favor. I just had a bad feeling about that game from the start lol

Yea needed the raiders over the Bucs and someone else to lose. We ended up going to the NFC championship game and losing to the cardinals. Such a heartbreaking loss. We went down big early, came all the back to take the lead on the 4th only for them to go on a 8 minute drive to get it back.

Thinking back on it I honestly feel horrible for the kids growing up as Eagles fans today. I had the whole core of mcnabb, Westbrook, Dawkins, etc. these kids today can't even root for a player for more than 2 years without them being traded or just falling off

Edit: Michael bush ran for like an 80 yard TD to put the raiders ahead late vs the Bucs that year. I remember it clear as day

At least you saw McNabb play in a Super Bowl. I've proceeded to see a great QB waste a majority of his career on s-----y/sub par teams until he reached his mid 30's and at that point he already had 3 back surgeries, broken ribs, broken collarbone, punctured lung, broken fingers, etc.

Where are you guys?

Vikings did pretty good. Same ol story. Good defense and running the ball leads to another win. Passing game still needs to improve. But once it gets colder I think our run game will be a huge advantage. It's harder to pass the ball in those conditions

Seeing the Giants get demolished makes me so happy. To be honest though, they have the best shot of actually winning a playoff game if they get in the playoffs. Redskins, Eagles and Cowboys (lol) would all lose first round if they won the division at this point.
