Nov 28, 2015 Eminem can do what Jay Z does as far as get lyrical even though not as lyrical as him. Only thing he can't do is use punchlines good like Jay Z who is amazing at punchlines while punchlines are Eminem's weakness and he can't do double entendres like Jay Z again Jay Z is the best at them while Eminem doesn't focus on entendres But Jay Z can't do what Eminem does as far as hooks, singing, producing, melodies. Making songs with substance that are automatically big hits and all over radio. As well as making non hip hop songs Jay Z is a traditional rapper he is a straight up MC While Eminem is an Artist. He raps, sings, produces, he makes a song with substance it's an automatic number 1 or top 10 hit Even the street songs Eminem does but again he makes them catchy due to the singing on the hooks and the melodies While Jay Z just raps that is what he does very good at it but very limited since he can't do nothing else

Nov 29, 2015 Probably the most thought provoking thread @StarNizzaveli had ever created. I hate this c---- with every atom in my body but this is actually an ok question. Voted Jay Z as looking at those 4 albums in particular, the body of work is just more enjoyable and a more cohesive listening experience. Not to mention that his albums have hardly aged at all. Not that Eminems are bad, not in the slightest. They just don't have the same "fullness" as the 4 Jay albums.
