    As someone who's family has had everything forfeighted to the state I can say there is no worse punishment or better deterrent. I'd rather take more years in prison

    The thing is the police can use this to take your stuff and never even charge you with a crime. No due process.


    I had a big problem with this during the Obama years... And now its being expanded by a very scary administration.
