Aug 17, 2017 i know guys who have successfully approached women at the gym and then it lead to them meeting up on another day for lunch or dinner. i agree that the gym isn't the greatest place to approach a woman. but what do i have to lose by trying? the worst that can happen is the girl tells me she doesn't want to be bothered/leave her alone but the other side of the coin is.....through conversation we could possibly hit it off and find out we have some common interest and then end up meeting up somewhere else on another day
Aug 17, 2017 I mean, I think that's a good attitude to take at a place like a bar or party (as long as you leave them alone after they express a lack of interest) but in my personal experience I don't know any women who have ever said anything but negative things about being approached by men at the gym. People are at the gym to workout not to get hit on.
Aug 17, 2017 I don't know man. If I was at the gym and I saw Timmy covered in sweat from his head and his already sweaty hands even sweatier, with a tense look in his face as he squeezes out another rep while staring me down like the lion does the gazelle, I might get kind of turned on.
