Wrong. You won't hear it from CNN and the NYT, but police in the US k--- more white suspects every year (even though white people commit far less violent crime than blacks do), plus studies show cops feel more free to gun down unarmed whites because whites (who aren't rich) have basically no advocates, representation or power.

But you can't just ignore everything that happened prior to that point. It was obvious by then that the cop was itching to pull the trigger and waiting for a reason to. With the procedure he made the suspect do and stupid amount of pressure and rushing he made him go through, the drunk suspect was inevitably gonna make some kind of "wrong movement" whether he meant to or not

And even if he did pull a gun out and shot the cop, it would have been completely justified as self defence. People should be able to defend themselves against unreasonably aggressive cops with lethal force if they have to

Scratching your leg isn’t a cause to s---t someone, he was obeying all his orders before that.

The cop clearly wanted to s---t someone from the beginning. I’m sure we’ll never find out but I’d love to know the cop’s thoughts throughout that all, I bet he was excited and thinking s--- like ‘I might actually do it’ ‘oh my god I’m gonna actually do this!’ and other s--- like that preparing for his ‘big moment’ he’s probably been waiting for for a while.

Total piece of s---... what was he there for anyways? Was the guy just an underage drunk or was there some other issue?

Im not ignoring everything else, Im defending cops and why they s---t at certain times. I agree with everything you said, this guy deserves to rot in prison.

I agree with that second part, but if you dont have a bodycam (which all cops should have) then how would you prove that kind of stuff? Couldnt a lot of actual criminals just say the cop was being ridiculous? That raises too many questions, although I would support that law in these situations, as thats what guns are for

The cop didnt know that (again, not defending this scumbag, just defending police in general)

Just speaking from personal experience I've been around a lot of police because of my family and a few times myself, and I can tell you under 10% of those cops weren't complete douchebags who get off from having power, my family's also white and I could tell you they'd be more than happy to k--- one of us if they had an excuse to, I can only imagine how much f----- up s--- happens to black people that was swept under the rug.
