    The switching up routines for different "gains" is not based in any science whatsoever, however if youre just trying to switch up to stop from being bored you could look into phat by layne norton or p/p/l

    Consider it a good problem to have. If you do a lot of cardio stop. Or up the calories. Ive been known to add olive oil to protein shakes to get my cals up

    Don’t really do any cardio. And I guess I’ll add more calories but this is getting a bit insane.

    And while it may be a good problem to have, I’m also tired of being skinny.

    whats your diet consist of? If youre already skin/lean aint nothing wrong with eating junk if its what it takes.

    Never. I drank enough in high school to last a lifetime. I'll pop the occasional pot pill to fall asleep or just relax but drinking is a one way ticket to looking old as f---. And staying super lean year round is really advantageous for my career so it's a no go for me.

    Need recommendations for good calories-dense foods. Need to up my calorie intake but not puke in the process.

    I just simply don't give a f---. I've always been good with girls without liquor so it's never been a big deal. People get kind of weird but you turn it others by saying "I don't put that s--- into my body" or something along those lines.

    But I mean I get used to get the "what's wrong with you?" type vibes but as soon as I got jacked and shredded much less published in and on the cover of fitness magazines those same people quickly changed their tune to "Man I admire your discipline I wish I had it" and "I don't know how you do it but I envy you." or my favorite "I'll pay you whatever you want to get me in shape!!!"

    I'd do your own thing and not give a f---. If somebody judges you they're a piece of f---ing s--- and not worthy if your opinion or time.tbh...

    This is true, but it's also important to be consistent with your lifting and push yourself in the gym so you can capitalize gains with the surplus of calories.
    I started lifting 9 years ago weighing 130 pounds at 5'6 - 5'7, i'm now 170 and probably around 10-12% bodyfat year round.
    Being naturally skinny, you're not going to get fat as long as you bust your a--- in the gym.

    Cardio is good but incorporate some strength training in there. You won't regret it.
    Good luck, I used to work with this fat f--- that had to go get rub and tugs from cold handed chink b------s to get his nut. Dude lost about 100lbs since then and last I spoke him he had broads by the dozens
