    As stan, im viewing this as bad for Em standards.

    To me, only person allowed to be ranked above Em in sales/popularity is Adele.

    Because Survival was the first single for an album people had been waiting 3 years for. Plus it had some promo ties with CoD.

    Of course it goes w/o saying that it’s nowhere near as good as the songs you mentioned though lol

    no one knew Survival was going on the album until the tracklist came out after Berzerk had already come out. and if waiting 3 years was the reason, MMLP2 would have outsold any of the three albums those songs were on.

    It was still released prior to the album ready for download, and it also came out with a music video too

    Singles with music videos sell much more than other album tracks lol It’s not very surprising considering MMLP2 sold 792,000 first week
