    He sure did.. I keep saying on the next album he needs to keep producers to himself, Dre, and Alchemist.. that way the album will have an overall cohesive sound to it at the very least even if he gets off track.. his beat selection is so awful and his lack of confidence in himself is also killing him..

    Nah had low expectations.

    Recovery was the last real huge let down... mmlp2 to a smaller degree.

    Reminds me of how his features/freestyles before and after Recovery were better than portions of Recovery itself (Drop the World, Airplanes II, LTWYL II, Despicable, Forever, The Warning).

    I'm sick of these stupid a--- threads. Revival didn't just live up to expectations, it exceeded it. One of the best albums ever made imo. It didn't flop and overall is critically acclaimed just like his other albums. Ya those verses above are dope but not top tier like #revival. Only verse of that caliber is no favors and the one verse getting so much hate...the Devils night intro. Em said he spent 4 months, 4 MONTHS on just that one intro verse. That's insane and it shows with that flow and wordplay.
