Apr 24, 2018 I'm telling you. Whenever I am having a bad day (Which is almost everyday) I put on Walk on Water and I can really sympathize for the man. He poured out his heart. Nowadays you have a lot of fake stuff out there. People that only talk about the same stuff, the same superficial drivel. Then Eminem makes a song that none of us expect. Tells us how he really feels and decides to be REAL. When I first heard the song I was so disappointed and felt so let down. I thought Walk on Water meant Rap God Part 2. I thought it would at least be about him rising up and becoming one of the greats. But it was more about self reflecting and being honest about how he cannot be a God. Just step back for a moment and think about what Eminem did here in 2018. Was Walk on Water not the most real song he's ever come out with? Like for real? For real for real? Just think about it. That's all just think about it.

It was a great intro concept... most of us predicted it was the intro track as soon as we heard it... which gave me a little hope for the album like "oh s---, he's thought this out. He's structured this... ", but, nope, just a few tracks then it all goes to s--- again.

Apr 24, 2018 Outside of a couple of horrible punchlines, the verses of Walk On Water are pretty good. A forgettable Beyonce feature, s--- hook, ugly flow and horrible ending twist sink the song though.
Apr 24, 2018 Amazing opener, best song on revival and still terrible first single. Many on this forum thinks he is “soft” for this song but not, the song is very mature. All the angry of mmlp is cool for a teenager but the concept of walk on water is what i expect for a 45 years old rapper. Be Mature, humble, acept the fact he never is gonna be what he was in his prime and just be happy with his actual life. I think this should be the direction and theme for the next album but after chloraseptic remix i think he is gonna do the angry blonde formula again.
