Sep 25, 2018 Overrated? his fans hated the subject matter so much and the lack of emotional/deep songs on the albums besides Beautiful that it made him cancel Relapse 2 and give his fans what they wanted an emotional/deep album with Recovery Don't get me wrong a few do overrate it those that like that type of rap but majority of Eminem fans despise the album As i said i like the hooks they are catchy but everything else is plain wack

Sep 25, 2018 Let's not pretend like he wasn't singing the hook on No Love even though there was a back round sampled hook as well at the same time he was singing the hook. Same with Going Through Changes regardless of the sampled back round hook Eminem was still singing the hook on the track too But your overall point stands he simply does less hooks now then he used to do prior to Recovery he pretty much almost done all the hooks himself on all his albums But then laziness and lack of motivation and inspiration kicks in when u are that wealthy

Sep 25, 2018 I understand and accept your strong dislike for Relapse, I can see how it might not sit well with you or plenty of others. However... It is FAR from overrated. It's one of his most maligned projects by both critics and fans alike and always has been.
