Shitt. When did this s--- come out ?! It's 5 am now and I have been working on my project since like 5 hours or more. I have listen more than half of the Queen's discography but I would definitely check this out if I knew this was out... Guess, I'll listen to it tomorrow. Singles were kinda let down for me but people saying good stuff about the album made me excited...

Nice album for a first listen. Obviously really different from Malibu, he raps a lot more in this one and it is less soul/jazz/funk oriented.
Also the only 3 tracks that I am not really feeling for now are ironically the only ones produced by Dre...

I prefer Malibu by far for now but let's see how it goes after a few more listens.

This album is certainly more bombastic than Venice, Malibu and Yes Lawd! I reckon. 2nd half of the album is f---ing amazing

Really? I mean I like almost every beat here but the qtip song/dre song and who are u (so the dre produced) are great to me! Also really liking the snoop and pusha songs, both their verses and the production. Obviously Paak kills almost every song as well

Yeah, I do not really feel Who R U (but live performance should be fire), and definitely not Mansa Musa and Left to Right (also produced by Dre). The saturated/compressed mixing of the drums especially the kicks throughout the album is very Dre-ish. It's just an early impression though : )
I agree the Snoop and Pusha tracks are great, also love the second part of 6 Summers.

not gonna lie, it got sloppy in the middle, but picked up again at the pusha t track, also the last track is meh. decent to good album, but kind of underwhelming since it never could have lived up to the hype it generated. might grow on me in the future though

I have absolutely no idea why this album didn’t finish with Till It’s Over???

This is good...but Malibu is infinitely better

Yeah not sure how I feel. I definitely think Malibu is his best album, but I'm a sucker for live instrumentation. It also took about 2 months for it to grow on me till I loved it as much as I do now.

Currently I really like half of the songs on the album and the rest are okay. We'll see how it goes
