HUUUUUUGE. They also debuted Justin Gabriel and Luchasaurus, who's announced as a half dinosaur, almost seven feet tall, and does insane acrobatic s---. He did a shooting star press and a spanish fly which made no sense to me whatsoever. ROH has no stars outside of The Elite so if they can get some of these guys over from CMLL/LU that'd be huge for them. Their TV straight up isn't must watch, and outside of two or three PPV's a year their shows don't get too much buzz.

Nov 8, 2018 This New Japan tag league lineup is maybe the most unappealing tour I could have ever thrown together. Kenny mentioned that him or Ibushi or the Bucks should be there on the Jericho podcast. New Japan is trying to build around the Tongan's and I'm not exactly optimistic about it.

Nov 8, 2018 Yes, Kenny mentioned that what they do and their view on wrestling is very different and that's part of why they've switched to The Elite. It's clear that Switchblade and the Tongan's are the backup if Kenny leaves, and the Bucks are basically non factors now that they don't work full tours. Dave said they weren't even contacted about it.
Nov 12, 2018 - Kenny criticized New Japan for not booking him or Ibushi in the tag league, which contradicts what he said after the triple threat about it not working out with Omega's run, yet they didn't book him for the tour. - They've branched into The Elite because it's something they own and can actually make money from, as well as the different philosophies in wrestling between them and the Bullet Club. - Funny story about Punk calling himself a locker room leader WHICH LEADS US TO OMEGA VS FENIX. Better than the match with Pentagon, on the level of pretty much any big time New Japan main event. Both guys went all out. 4.75 After the match, Kenny said that there were people in Japan unhappy about him facing a AAA champion. What do they expect? He thanked everybody, said he couldn't turn down a chance to face one of the best wrestlers in the world in his free time. 4.5 4.75 FIVE STARS. Better than their match in Defiant. Old school story with the big monster versus the scrappy babyface, only the scrappy babyface is one of the best to ever do it and the monster is f---ing WALTER. Ospreay almost killed himself landing on his head a bunch of times so you know it's a classic.

Nov 17, 2018 David Arquette was on Talk Is Jericho a few months ago. He was high as f--- but long story short he feels really bad that wrestling fans kinda hate him and wants to live his dream, be taken more seriously. It's not bitterness, he really loves it and wants to do it. Unrecognizable from the Dewey I grew up with, really gnarly. Needs to not be taking light tube shots though.
Nov 18, 2018 I watched this last night live on Fite and holy s--- was a f---ing show...the last match was insanity. I really don't think Arquette knew was he was getting into lol At the end he literally started shooting on Nick Gage, while holding the open hole in his neck together with one hand, because he was so over taking so much punishment.
