First qtr was affected by credit card bans. Were coming back. I'm all in on tron and steller. Still f---ing with ripple too. Just holding and check it every now and then. Not much time to look into new projects.

    How's everyone doing on this?

I bought £200 of Dimecoin probably close to a year ago now and it's now worth £29. Oops.

But the good news i guess is that it's been stable at £29 for about 6 months now.

I really like the concept of Crypto currency but it's never going to be accepted into the real world unless it has a stable value.

On a side note, all new Breedog pubs opening in the UK will no longer accept cash. Only card payments or Bitcoin.

I want to get into this s---, where do I start?

I remember hearing about Bitcoin when it was like $80 a coin. Was too broke to invest at the time. FML.

coinbase.com and gemini.com are the easiest ways to get started.

On a side note, Waves Platform app is the s---. I think the 200+% increase this month might prove my point. Check it out in the app store. Vostok.io is next.

Gotta be honest, I know very little about crypto currency but the misogyny I've seen from the crypto currency community really turns me off from it

So cryptocurrency has been on the rise recently. So pissed I didn’t buy litecoin while it went back to the 30s. Same with bitcoin cash. It went under 100 and now over 300. Any advice on what people are going to go in on? I get my tax return back next week. Ethereum classic is up to $7. Idk if should buy a bunch of those for a potential big return. I figure as long as eth keeps going up, so will the classic. Thinking about ripple too with it still in the 30 cent mark. Or be safe and buy litecoin or bitcoin cash. @Slyk @JMG are you going on any crypto recently or have any cheap ones you think are worth buying? Deep onion coin is another I’m keeping my eyes on. Leaning towards bitcoin cash atm and buy a bulk of eth classic.

Did you hold onto all your crypto’s then? If so you’re definitely ahead now I’d say. Wish i didn’t cash out now.

I cashed out before the crash but kept an eye on the market. Got back in 2 months ago and glad I did. Besides holding most of the top 10 I have 250000 shares of Vechain (vet coin). If it does what I think by 2022 then I'll be a very rich man.

Didn’t vechain hit rock bottom?? Or did you just purchase now?

...I haven’t been doing any active trading, but still hold most of my original coins. Had it on my list of things to do to buy a BTC a few weeks back but never looked into the market enough..missed opportunity. Hoping for a retrace.

Was holding onto Ether, Litecoin and Dimecoin. Lost my Dimecoin secure key when I changed phone but whatever, it was about £30. Swapped my Ether and Litecoin for Bitcoin and just keeping that in my wallet.
Bought all my coins in January 2018 so I've lost a lot of cash!!

Here is one thing: In order to give valid reasons for Bitcoin being a bubble; you have to dig into what Bitcoin is, how it operates, how it's created, how it's maintained, etc. You can't get this from bits and pieces you hear on CNBC or websites or friends. It's very important to read info from trusted resources like https://cryptolinks.com/ .

What I loved about the Crypto wave is the fact that it introduced me into the world of "investing" rather than saving. And for that I'm forever grateful. Now I'm fully focused on saving and growing stocks and dividend payments. I'm going to have a very, VERY good retirement!

However I am tempted to drop a few 0000 more on Bitcoin when I get some spare cash. Purely for the fact that I've noticed that every single time the stock market dips slightly, my bitcoin goes up and every time the stock market goes up, my Bitcoin goes down. So by upping my bitcoin total should in theory protect me from the natural stock market swings.
