MGK did not say anything about EM, that eminem hasnt already said about himself, or that ppl in the past hasnt said about him in disses. If you take those away it was all "your old, I dress better, your fans like me more now bc I dress better and you're ugly"
The hold steel/still wasnt really filler. Bc mgk said hed pull up on EM. So EM said " say you run up on me like a phone bill, spraying lead, playing dead the only time you'll hold steel/still" wasnt filler just taking another line MGK said and adding a punch to it. And "til I'm hitting old age can still fill a whole page with a 10 year olds rage" was towards mgk saying hes old and not getting better with time and cant do it like he used too. And what goods a machine gun when it's out of ammo? Hiws that filler? Hes saying that's all MGK had, he has nothing else to say to go deeper than that.

EM addressed everything he said and replied to it. Not to mention saying mgk thought it was over a pic of hallie but he just didnt like mgk, and that he didnt care who was in the right he was losing the fight he picked. It never was an isolated incident. He kept taking jabs for years at EM. Most of his interviews for his album took time covering the hailie tweet. They spent more time asking Kelly about the hailie thing than they did his album, then free style shots and then sub disses. And saying he dances around the halsey talk but he was clearly bothered by easy being with her, and also taking the Kim line and turning it into a way to say that no matter what hes always gonna live in his shadow.

Kelly genuinely feels like EM black balled him. He thinks just bc he cant go to shade 45 that's hindered his career. So to just take all of the points mgk said, and flip them with punchlines, and bragging about how when he was mgks age he already solidified his spot in this genre, and that mgk is always gonna live in his shadow is a low blow to Kelly bc he truly thinks EM has hindered him. And then add in s--- like " youd s--- a d-ck to be me for a second, give your life to be as solidified" yeah those may seem like petty lines but theres alot of truth in that lol. EM is at that level now he can "son" ppl like Kelly. Bc at the end of the day, no matter the current debate on EM. He has a reserved seat in this genre, and is still really the only white guy that hip hop has embraced to that extent. Arguments can be made for others but not to the level of EM.

As far as real in depth personal bars, neither one had those. They dont know each other like that, so they cant get that personal. MGK had been a fly buzzing at EM for years and he finally swatted his a--- on not alike. And that's what mgk had been wanting for years, but he didnt say anything we havent herd against EM before. So EM just soned his a--- to show the difference in catalogue, technical ability, and status. Idc how mgk acts on the breakfast club I'd bet alot, that EM saying he will always live in his shadow, and that he only wishes he could be as solidified really bothered mgk, bc it's true. All that being said I dont hate MGK. I really enjoyed general admission, not so much bloom. But his new album seems like it might have some good tracks aswell. I just feel like mgk handled that whole song and breakfast club interview poorly. MGK can actually rap when he wants to, and hes capable of way more than rap devil. EM was capable of more also but he still soned his a---. I think EM was hoping more ppl fired back so he could handle them all at once personally. Bc in his kamikaze interview he said ima wait and see who else fires back. I think he had something bigger planned. But I do not think rap devil was better than killshot, and I dont hate mgk either. That beat was hard af tho. The intro to it was crazy, it def set the tone.

I agree with this. And any og of rap and any professional rap journalists would agree. Drake had way better lines and you still hear the diss being randomly played to this day.

No one airs killshot. MGK’s diss and Eminem’s were both s-----y. But MGK at least came through with some good bars against Eminem. To where Eminem, really didn’t say anything that stuck out the entire diss. It’s a diss that I can’t even listen to the whole song with how off beat and how out of sync he is. I could at least listen to MGK’s diss. Eminem shouldn’t have even responded with how f---ing bad that diss was.

If a real MC would diss Eminem currently, it may be enough to destroy any career Eminem has left. He proved the last decade he can’t rap on beat or make hit singles anymore. Eminem is just too out of touch with reality these days and has no more content left. That and he can’t f---ing rap to save his life.
