Good questions... I think Meyers is a good long term replacement for Edelman, but I don't know if this year is going to be his year to shine. The hype around him is from training camp and pre-season. He's able to get open and he has great weapons, but is he going to become a security blanket for Brady? IDK. I'd wait to see what happens within 3 weeks of the regular season, and see if he catches a few passes early. If he's catching passes early in the season, they might start putting him in the gameplan more and more as the season goes on.

As far as Gordon, I think Gordon is going to be a huge part of the offense. I won't lie, i am worried about him getting suspended again, but I think if he stays out of trouble, he's going to be a huge target for Brady. i think he's a good pick up. Really depends on where he goes though.

The only two Pats weapons that I really trust in FF are Edelman and White though. But I think Gordon is a low risk/high reward pick. Meyers is really difficult to predict because he's come out of nowhere, but I can tell you he has a very high ceiling, especially with the Pats...

Soooo fucken happy we locked him up. Byron Jones has to be the next priority. I’m afraid he might be the odd man out if Zeke & Dak get deals...

I love listening to Skip Baylees, but d--- does he ride the cowboys nuts. The Eagles have the best ranked offensive line in the nfc. He said the eagles should win the nfc east, but they won’t because of their qb. I didn’t know this stat, but Dak did beat Carson twice last year.

However, every analysts this morning all said the cowboys are just an average team without Zeke. Dak even made a list off of espn’s biggest rookie flukes thinking he’s going to fold. I wouldn’t personally put Dak on that low of a level. I guess Zeke won’t sign the second biggest rb contract, but if he gets enough guaranteed money, he should. Cowboys really need to sign Zeke to what he wants. If they want to be a playoff threat. Otherwise, Eagles will mop the cowboys in that division.

Skip Bayless is a a dumbass. Give me Wentz every day of the week over Dak. Yea, they beat us twice last year. The first time was legit, but the second time the refs beat us. They fumbled on the opening kickoff clearly, our guy came out of the pile with it, but somehow they said there was no clear indication about who recovered the ball. Then Goedert got his helmet ripped off while managing to still score an 80 yard TD only for it to somehow be offensive PI. Lmao. Dallas will win 6 games this year and Garrett will be gone. They’ll get off to a decent start though because their schedule is easy as f--- the first three games

I think the Eagles will take the division this season, but I think it’ll be closer than Boos does. The Redskins and Giants will very likely be the bottom 2 teams in that division

I don’t think Wentz will struggle to stay healthy moving forward. It’s understandable why people would be a little concerned about him staying healthy, but I think he’ll be just fine

Cowboys should be in the playoff hunt. They’ve got a very talented team and Travis returning is a big boost.

Eagles are def favorites to win the division. It all depends on if Wentz can stay healthy. Cowboys can win it too but they need to get out of their own way first. Stop running the ball so d--- much. Utilize the quick passing game more. Gallup also has to have a big year.

People sleeping on the Skins. Say what you want about the offense but that defense especially the line is gonna to light it up.

yeah @JMG the redskins aren't bad all around. they've got several good pieces on defense and that should hopefully keep them in some games

but i think their offense has a long ways to go---especially with no trent williams who has obviously been a stud for a long time now

Yea really sad news. He’s one of the biggest what ifs in professional sports. He had all the tools to be a legend. Injuries f---ing s---.

I’m not even a colts fan, in fact I’ve pretty much hated that organization my whole life, but I feel so bad for their fans. I never wish injuries on anyone. Such a shame to hear the news. Huge loss not only for the colts but for the entire league.

I thought the Cowboys f----- Romo’s career but man...this fucken sucks. I feel so bad for him, the franchise & the fans. He was a top 5 QB the last two seasons he played (2016 & 2018). He had all the talent to be one of the greatest of all time....this fucken blows if you’re a football fan.

Michel should be a key player this year. I’m excited to see what he does. But I’m most excited to see what this defense will do. They have the potential to be the best defense during the Belichick era. Or at least a top 3. They have so much potential. I hope they can come close to reaching it.

It’s sad seeing Andrew Luck retiring early. I can’t blame him though. Once my herniated disc got worse in high school, it really did take the enjoyment out of the game when you’re worried about long term issues with your body that you will suffer from. Odd numbness some series you’re playing on when you probably shouldn’t.
I thought we’d eventually see him start this year, with him being a potential elite qb. But it’s sad to see him quit like this.

If I were him this year when you should win your division, he could have gotten on high grade painkillers for the season then just stop after the season. Sure it doesn’t help your body, but a lot more nfl players are on painkillers than you think. He just didn’t want to go through more surgeries then rehabs every year, I can’t blame him on that.
Here’s a link to his retirement announcement if anyone wants to watch it
