Aug 16, 2019 I’m deff in for this I had no idea about it. Really loved Obie’s style, like others have mentioned it’s unique. It’s a blessing he’s alive tbh. I hope he fulfills his still exponential potential.
Aug 16, 2019 I was not expecting much from this album. But this single is shockingly way better than I anticipated. I have doubted his ability to deliver a full solo album these days. Not so much because of his lyrics or content but moreso because I doubt he can get the production he needs. I do like this song though. I’m definitely intrigued. I’m not a huge Obie fan but there has always been something captivating about his voice and unorthodox flow. If he has the right beats, his style fits perfectly. But when his beat selection isn’t good, he sounds so out of place to me. Looking forward to hearing this project though. Thanks for posting this Sav. As always you stay on top of this s---.
