    Cant believe how good Em sounds on this album, his comfortableness on the mic is shining just like it did on his first three

    The other too about this album is, lyrically, he made a sacrifice. It’s the reverse effect

    From 2013 to as late as 2018 he sacrificed song structure for being lyrical

    Which, I can “enjoy” but that’s me on my Rap nerd s---. Yet, those songs didn’t have replay value.

    I can listen to “ShadyXV”, “Campaign Speech”, “Sway freestyle”, “Offended”, etc. But, I have to be in the mood for that.

    I keep seeing “In too deep”, “Those kind of nights”, and even sometimes “Farewell” labeled as the weaker songs on the album. For me, it’s different

    I’ve been shuffling the album and randomly play those songs and just let it go in cruise control. Do you know how long it’s been since I’ve been able to do that to a Em record? Lol

    Yeah. Those songs aren’t lyrically crazy or that deep (No pun) but, ok. The simplicity of it for me brings high replay value.

    He’s writing in song format again. Finally I pray he keeps this balance. I’ll take the sacrifice lyrically if he can keep the replay value up

    He needs to stay with this team he has around him

    Agree. He actually sounds like himself. Em can say whatever he wants but we all know he was not comfortable with what he was putting out since his return in 09.

    Kind of sad that it took a really bad album for him to put out the type of music that HE wants to put out. Most of the stuff hes put out since 09 he didn't sound like himself.

    I don’t think he had writers block. You act like he dropped in 2013, and you never heard from him until 2017. 2014 shady xv, and his calm down verse, 2015 southpaw soundtrack, along with dope features Best friend, speedom, medicine man. 2016 I’m drawing a blink, but he probably was doing stuff at that time too

    I mean, he clearly wasn't inspired enough to drop a full solo album. And it's not like Southpaw and Shady XV were beathtaking projects either.
