It's hard coming with a definitive review of MTBMB, but here is a quick try :

1/ Premonition (Intro) : 9/10 - great Relapsish atmosphere with a Slim Shady flow... the formula works so well ! Goosebumps back = good sign !
2/ Unaccommodating : 9,5/10 - classic to me, it displays some of his best verses since The Ringer and Fall's third verse... although the chorus is kinda contemporary ... but I'm ok with that as long Eminem kills this beat ...
3/ You Gon' Learn - 9/10 - Em shows so much confidence, what a pleasure to hear such a song years after his hiatus ! The instrumental goes crazy at 02.55.
Special congrats for tracks 2 and 3 because there is an interesting gap between the chilled hooks and the fire verses. A song of ice and fire that lead Em to the throne, again First part of the album is really flawless.
4/ Those Kinda Nights : 7/10 - this song has no real interest considering Eminem's whole catalogue, but the Ed-Sheeran-singing-like-Justin-Timberlake hook is cool to hear. You can't expect a club b-----r from an artist who has barely left his house since 15 years but that song is catchy for sure.
5/ In Too Deep : 7/10 - the chorus grew on me... Don't ask me why. I've always liked Em's singing. Verses are kind of easy-listening so the replay value of that song is limited. Can be a skip sometimes.
6/ Godzilla : 8/10 : again, another contemporary hook from the late Juice WRLD (RIP), but it's well executed. The flow changes are really good.
7/ Darkness : 9/10 : the smooth intru / flow, the writing (one of his best since Stan), and finally his genuine voice, make that song great. I just love it.
8/ Leaving Heaven : 7,5/10 : the 1st verse flow is a little bit too choppy for me. The Skylar hook is nice, but it lacks replay value. 2nd verse is cool, 3rd verse is great.
9/ Yah Yah : 7,5/10 - at least the great Black Thoughts and Q-Tip are on an Eminem album ! Good old school rap, the hook is so 90's (for those who were born before 00)
10/ Stepdad : 8/10 the energy and the listening is so much better than "Framed" for example. It reminds me of "My dad's gone crazy". I think this song will be widely played by kids stuck at home with a dumb-a--- stepdad.
11/ Marsh : 8/10 : kind of "Normal" part 2. I like that "differently-wired-kid" theme. Works good because Em is truly an UFO.
12/ Never Love Again : 8,5/10 - try and sing it loud in your bathroom (works in the kitchen too) and rate it afterwards. Catchy as h--- !
13/ Little Engine : 7,5/10 : I like the verses but unfortunately I'm not a big fan of the hook :/
14/ Lock It Up : 8/10 : maybe a filler from the Bodied soundtrack ? Anyway the instru / hook and verses are a good chill. Anderson Paak is dope.
15/ Farewell : 8,5/10 : copy and paste what I said about Never Love Again. Could be my toe-painting song... if I ever paint my toes... which won't happen :-D . Another catchy Em singing !
16/ No Regrets : 8,5/10 : this song displays such mastery and confidence, that Eminem smooth flow is a murder by itself.
17/ I Will : 9/10 : the hook is classic, and the 2nd half of his verse is flawless. Great album ending...

Album rating : 8,5/10 - Congrats and thank you Eminem. Been a fan for 21 years

Deja Vu is flawless, it reminds me of SSLP and Infinite. Pure gem and one of the best hooks I've ever heard.
Beautiful reminds me of the TES emotional side

Same Song And Dance, Stay Wide Awake are very good despite the noisy accent.

I think My Mom and Must Be The Ganja are fillers without no real replay value though

No its not lol. Half of Encore is hot garbage. The highs of Encore is really good obviously, but the album is not consistently good as Murdered.
