Jul 1, 2020 It’s like Budden said- Em signs artists to be his muses, Griselda being the latest ones. Shady and Aftermath don’t have the greatest track records when it comes to their artists. They do best when an artist already has a following and doesn’t need them. Then they sign said artist and ride their wave. Griselda never needed Shady and will do just as great if not better without Shady. I don’t even think they like Eminem’s fans.

Jul 1, 2020 I dont think EM needs a label. Hes always just into writing and recording his own stuff. I really dont think he does much buisness wise. I think paul prolly handles most of it. Shows EM stuff from time to time. EM meets them and let's them do their thing (esp since he thinks he f----- the slaughterhouse album up) and he just waits til they want the feature, or wanna play him music. I really dont think EM does much for the label. I think paul handles the buisness and EM handles the studio stuff. But idk why GUNN even tweeted it bc they were signed for a group album, and a solo a piece and retained the freedom to do all their other albums under griselda records. They're always talking about how they dont need anything or anyone so idek why they care if shady records put a tweet out. Theyve tweeted out a bunch of their stuff before and made the WWCD documentary for them. And ima big fan of griselda esp gunn. Just seems odd for him to even care like that.

Jul 5, 2020 I feel so bad for the label considering It's "EMINEM'S" label!!!! Like wtf?! Such a huge artist and name!!!! After 2005 everything went downhill. They signed Yela and yela was tight. They signed Griselda. Same s---. I blame Paul or whoever is running that s--- show. They shouldn't be singing artists if they aren't gonna support or give a f--- about them. Shady 1.0 will always be top notch Shady Records in it's prime. Now it's all about Paul, not Em.
