    Lmao yea some of their decisions are truly baffling.

    When it was written came out, yea there was a huge faction of people who were really disappointed and confused by the album. But he still had a massive fan base that thoroughly enjoyed that album (I was one of them but I was also really young when it came out so take my opinion and memory with a grain of salt).

    But when he released I am, holy f--- it was so bad. Whatever people thought of it was written, at least double that reaction and you got yourself an idea of how badly received I am was. It was rough, I felt bad for nas.

    At least that album gave us Nas Is Like

    Edit: oh and I didn’t even mention the leaks of this album. Jfc everything about I am is a complete mess lol

    Historically, Relapse was such an absolute disappointment that I started to question my existential existence as an Eminem stan and began listening to other music. Starting with months of pure hype for Eminem's grand return, then collectively listening to the worrisome "I'm Having a Relapse" freestyle and finally bracing for the premiere of the "We Made You" video. — We hit pure rock bottom. Eminem fans never really came back from that.

    I mean, the accents. Woof.

    Kingdom Come is so underrated imo. Yes, it's nowhere near The Black Album, The Blueprint, or Reasonable Doubt. But it's not as dragging as The Blueprint 2 and has no songs that are as bad as some on In My Lifetime Vol. 1. The title track and the Dre produced songs are great and the album itself is a solid 6,5.

    Fast lane came on a playlist and d---. BME was a big let down. I would love a follow up in Ems current state.

    Following Indicud there was 2 years of Cudi hyping up MOTM3 and instead putting out an album that had not one good song, not a one. One of the worst pieces of s--- ever made.

    And there was Chance gassing up his album as one of the greatest things we'll ever hear for like 3 yrs after Coloring Book. With how much hype he was pouring into it, plus his features & loosies in 2018, i thought we were in for some GOAT level return to form. Then he announced that his "Owbum" was about to come out. Thats when i knew.

    TBAP? What bro? Why, it's one of the best albums of 2010s.

    I don't agree with MMLP2. Very underrated project.

    But Revival holy f---, that's a bad album.

    NASIR was even worse smh. Very disappointing. Lost Tapes 2 is wayyyyyy better.

    Holding the MMLP title is s-----y but there was prewarning that we were never going to get MMLP type content from Bezerk and Survival and Rubin being on the boards. Without the name, the album is much better. It's a let down as a sequel to MMLP for sure but an okay album.
