Aug 1, 2020 Snoop needs to learn how to use a f---in period and the proper names of his favorite MCs for f---s sake
Aug 1, 2020 Lmao at ice cube there... This n----- only put on his friends... Loser weed brain dead... I can day Pac Biggie Em Nas 50 Cent Power of dollar GROFT etc!!? f--- this 20k album sold by 2015-2020
Aug 2, 2020 Snoop blew up in the 90s...these rappers were all blowing up in the 80’s...so I’ll give him respect for the list...since it’s mcs before him..not during his era of reign... he looked up to those guys and listening to them in the 80s as he was trying to make it
Aug 2, 2020 Some one just pointed out that em got snoop his first, and probably only diamond plaque and snoops says he can live without em smh
Aug 2, 2020 Lol d--- Snoop mad jealous of Em. Also I'm pretty sure Dre did not even produce Stan right?
Aug 2, 2020 Well it's true eminem got lucky with dre but dre also got lucky with eminem because back then em was actually really good. Dre didn't help eminem become a good lyricist. Dre can't write lyrics to save his life lol. But at this point in time eminem has more bad/mediocre albums than good ones imo so maybe it's not far fetched to say he's since fallen off the top 10 of all time. Having said that, Snoop is even worse. Also 80s rap was f---ing horrible come on. The further back you go the worst the lyrics get. "I said a hip, hop, the hippie, the hippie, to the hip hip-hop, and you don't stop the rock it to the b----b---, boogie say "up jump" the boogie to the rhythm of the boogie, the beat." Nice.. btw nothing snoop said was racist or blamed eminem's skin colour for not being a top 10 lol. It's true that white rappers weren't really taken seriously before eminem isn't it? He just said that applied to eminem too until dre took him, which is true
Aug 3, 2020 I dont have an opinion on this since snoop is literally worth less than the random fiber bean i sometime finds in my s----s but this is real, if you think snoop is a good rapper...or an ok rapper, you and your opinion is trash he had one good album and 2 random good songs outside of it in a 30 years span he became famous based on his gimmick. Thats it. He is the rap Dennis rodman but the difference is Dennis at least had talent
Aug 3, 2020 Not rly. Vanilla ice was arguably the biggest rapper in the world for an entire year. Every artist specifically rappers needs someone to open the door for them, black ppl opening that door is most likely will happen since they majorly owned the scene but saying what he said is racist. Tiger woods wouldnt happen if a white executive didnt let him on the golf court. n----- pls
Aug 3, 2020 WRONG. Snoop has had several good albums, despite being just an OK rapper post-Doggystyle (No Limit Top Dogg, Tha Last Meal, R&G, Tha Blue Carpet Treatment, Bush, Neva Left, and both Tha Eastsidaz albums)
Aug 3, 2020 Theres very VERY few things i refuse to discuss simply because i do not respect the topic nor the other side of the argument...snoop being a good rapper is one of those discussions if you believe he is good...pls carry on
Aug 3, 2020 well yeah before Eminem there was vanilla ice and maybe that guy who sings that “informer licky boom boom down” song? but it’s still safe to say whites weren’t really taken as seriously/respected in the hip hop scene back then snoop didn’t say Eminem isn’t a good rapper because he’s white he said he was lucky to blow up back then when he did because of Dre. Which is true since he was still washing dishes and stuck in the underground scene while much worse black rappers than Eminem had easier times getting record deals. Even Dre only heard about Eminem because of that interscope employee or whatever who happened to hear Eminem got his tape which eventually made its way to Dre, who saw his skill and potential and had the power and influence to promote and push Eminem to the public. At the end of the day Eminem’s skills alone (As great as they were) didn’t mean much in those days without some big important people/labels in the rap industry (pretty much entirely black dominated) putting you in the mainstream spotlight. In those days even for blacks it wasn’t that easy. There was no soundcloud you had to know people who know people and be at the right place at the right time its safe to say Eminem was lucky his tape managed to make its way to dre. Not a black man saves poor hopeless white man thing. More like because of a the way the industry was back then, the stars happened to align just right for eminem and dre.
Aug 3, 2020 Snoop is trash he even made a song wirth soulja boy or whatever his name is... So trash man
Aug 3, 2020 Well 50 track sounds good lol Snoop track sounds like s--- like he is the most overrated rapper of all time. Lol he should do a list with that. Hes number one in that lol
Aug 3, 2020 People saying Em wouldn't be s--- without Dre, well, neither would Snoop. A lot of Snoop's hits were Dre produced and Snoop admitted he doesn't write all his s---? GTFOH.
Aug 3, 2020 s--- the only persons list Snoop is on is Suge's and its not even about his favorite rappers Snoops a funny celebrity but not that great of a rapper. Some s--- funks don't get it twisted but most of it comes off as him trying to hard to still uphold the gimick
