And to continue the seriousness, I'd take advice from people like @Msolo if I were you. He's been doing this too long to not have the art mastered.

I lost 25kgs on weight from Feb-Aug 2018 by focusing on low carbs and home exercise. From Aug 2018 - May 2020 I put 15kgs of that back on and was eating crap again and not exercising any more.
Since May this year to now I've lost a further 11kgs, I'm only 4kgs away from my lightest I have ever been 2 years ago and 6kgs away from my target weight. I done the same thing; low carbs, home exercise and lots of cycling this time. Although I am going to add carbs back.intoy diet now so that I can focus on the longevity of it.

Step 1: Lie to your fans about an album that never ends up seeing the light of day for close to a full two decades

Step 2: Refer to step one until the motherfucking day that you die.

You'll be shedding weight more frequently and faster than an alley cat sheds furballs. And you'll probably end up wearing the same d--- black long-sleeve Gildan-brand t-shirt with some Levi 595's and All-White Nike Air Force Ones every day like Dexter in his lab coat, too.

Wow, what a timing. It is actually 8 in the morning and I'm trying to pull an all nighter to fix my sleeping schedule.

At 3 months old I was infected with acute hepatitis B from a vaccine and I got rid of the disease, however the virus is still in my body but it is not active. Never drank alcohool because of it in my entire life(doctors said I wouldn't live past 25 if I do) but that was the only thing I did to protect my myself. I wasn't supposed to eat fats or to have sleepless nights, to be fat or to smoke.

Most of my life I had plenty of jobs and all of them were on the night shift but now I'm doing money from my passion and I'm still caught up in this night routine. Been tryna fixing it since forever but always go to sleep around 1pm-2pm and today decided to try my best to stay awake till 10pm and sleep then. I literally can't remember last time I've slept during the night. I always go to sleep at 10-11 am and wake up at 6-7pm and I wake up feeling like s---, depressed and I have no energy to follow the diet or to do good things for myself.

I eat a lot of junk foods, gain a lot of weight back, I need to protect my liver and I'm not that young anymore I'm 33 and I want to live the rest of my life healthy not visiting hospitals.

I also started smoking after 12 years of quiting, this year after my grandmother that raised me since I was 2y old passed away. It was a shock for me and the first thing that I did after I called 911 was to smoke and been smoking since like 2-3 packs a day and I need to cut that off as well.

Basically I have to change all my habbits and start to follow the specific diet that was recomended for me, cut the sodas, the energy drinks, start to do some excercises, drink water, quit smoking, sleep during the night...things I don't do at the moment and haven't done in like forever.

    Wish me luck ya'll!

Cut energy/caffeine. get that on a good level so you aren't getting tired after the caffeine stops working.
Sleeping too long/waking up too late will make people in general more depressive. If you set a timer in the morning and sleep the amount you need to sleep. that will help a lot.
Eat healthy every day. Get your vitamins.
Drink a good amount of water every day. And work out / be productive. Set reminders for what you want to accomplish the next day before you go to sleep for example.

This will fix a lot. Keep it up!

you'll have to be more specific on what you eat. By "eat like s---" do you mean a lot of fast food or not enough food in general

I started juicing every morning, basically what I do is drink 0.5l of water right after I wake up, make me some juice and coffee. I eat some breakfast (I used to drink coffee only, I still hate eating that early, but hey, I'm trying now). I add a lot of veggies to my meals and I try to eat 3l of water daily, I'm still fighting an urge to drink sodas, it still happen, but a lot less. I had only 2 beers since I made this thread. No fast food aswell.

I ate a lot of fast food cause it was faster than making my own, especially when I have to go to work for the whole day. Skipping breakfasts, more sodas than water etc etc. See post above.

sleep is very important for me personally.

a supplement for sleep that works great for me is Glycine & Magnesium. Helps me get a deep sleep & I dont wake up during the night at all.
