    I don't think anyone has ever thought he's a top 20 rapper.

I would say if he had released his first 4 albums and then retired, I would've said Yay

    but Nay

yeah I mean it wasn't actually, the austin powers references and music videos were just cuz it samples the song that was used for the austin powers theme. But it basically functions as an ad nonetheless which almost makes it funnier that it came out 2-3 years after goldmember lol

also let's not forget to put some respek on Blueberry Yum Yum, which has writing credits from a 20-year-old Future Hendrix.

Would love Grimmy's argument for yay (I'm assuming you're a yay and that's why you asked the question)

Big nay from me. Big part of my childhood but he fell off after he cut his hair. Like Samson losing his powers :wow2:

Nay for Luda, after Back for the First Time his fame put him in a comfort zone that took away some hunger. Not the most technical lyrics. He makes up for it with originality, uniqueness, and style. His out of the box character did became predictable. Still, he put out iconic songs, you could always count on a Luda single in the early 00s. I’m not expecting the most lyrical track when I throw on Luda, I want a fun, cleaver, witty throw on at a party song and that’s where he shines. Someone has to be the easy listening of rap and it’s not a bad thing.

I'm a big Luda fan. I'd love to see a Versuz battle between him and Xzibit, I think they're very evenly matched in that sense.

Nay but I’d rather listen to Luda over some of the bigger artists in mainstream like lil Wayne, and Drake. s--- I’d even say he’s a better rapper than both of them
