Nov 23, 2020 That’s a standard work week for us too, but I’d heard employees claiming they were doing 100 hour weeks and s--- to get it finished...which is typical for the game industry here too
Nov 23, 2020 According to Jason Schreier lol. The thing is he is not a reliable source and he is always looking for a new story to get attention. Tbh Iwiński is stupid to even acknowledge the guy. Also: "According the Polish Labour Law, you are not allowed to work more than 8 hours extra hours per week and a maximum of 150 hours overtime per year" and "after working 8 hours a day, you are entitled to 50% extra of the standard wage for every hour you work overtime." Plus people that choose to work in a gaming industry know what they are singing up for. They could easily do other IT work and get paid the double or triple the amount they are earning there.

Nov 23, 2020 It all came from him. They are repeating his „info”. He is a „gaming journalist” that like majority of them failed at working at his desired destination which is msm. Most of these people are not even gamers. So they are using their work to push their agendas, cause they are not really interested in their work. Same applies also to gaming companies, cause people understood it’s a lucrative business and there is money to be made so they flock to it while at the same time they have no passion for it.
