The level of production sophistication in this album is impressive — it's the type of thing I initially expected from Detox before I realized that it had devolved into some sort of club record. It's also evident that a very skilled team (I assume Dre et al.) mixed this album, which is such a welcome change when contrasted with the amateurishly-bad mixes we've gotten in recent years.
