Dec 18, 2020 This is why you can't argue with Eminem fans... I'm comparing Eminem TO Eminem...I'm not comparing him to anyone else. This album pales in comparison to Kamikaze, comprende? It's nothing but boring bars about how much money he has, how many haters he has, and just bs spread throughout. Kamikaze was INSPIRED because he was tired of the reception his music was getting, specifically Revival, an album he felt REALLY GOOD about. What is the point of releasing an album at 50 years old with these topics, about "haters" especially? He's so longing for his youth and acceptance of the new generation, that he goes and puts this type of music out, and just look at the director and style of his music videos, all done to appeal to the younger generation. Dude's old, and he needs to accept it. Eminem should have taken the role as the "mentor," not as the jester. He should have wised up, and focused on creating classic albums like Nas, who releases once every blue moon, and actually tries to say something. I mean, for God's sake, it's 2020 and we still have Eminem, and that's a miracle...but this is not the route I expected from him... I don't listen to music Rap nowadays, but people like you need to STOP being so defensive, and START accepting criticism. It's unhealthy to live the way you do. I wish you well.
Dec 18, 2020 I know some of y'all don't like the album sonically and I definitely get it but for a the first couple listens this is the most consistently sonically good album from recent em imo P.s. tone deaf isn't really for me completely but I'm happy seeing people enjoy it it seems to be like side a where people have kinda varied favorite songs it's really cool

It's a shame we have numerous crooked cops on record murdering black people, and of course I ain't supporting that. Sometimes sensationalist headlines get the better of us, is all.

He rappity rap raps almost every song now and it would sound weird doing a song half rappity rapping and using a smooth flow. Not to mention it would make the album sound uneven. A sound engineer doesn't want to deal with that s---. So you do an album one way or the other. And Eminem wants raps fast. What you gonna do. Man gonna do what he wants to do.
