Jan 16, 2021 Something horrorcore. f--- it even a concept album about love (given his obsession with the topic) if he keeps it great sonically. An album titled just Detroit, with him telling stories and life in his home state, his thoughts on its every changing scene of rap, his relationship with his once close detroit friends like D12, Xzibit and other non-celeb guys. Maybe once in a while, step into shoes of ppl of different walks of life like a criminal, a sex worker, a rich businessman or a labourer/working class guy, some h---------- guy and tell a story of their life in the D from their point of view. He can still feature rappers/producers outside Detroit given they stick to this album concept of a "state" but involve heavy proudction, sampling from Detroit producers/artists like Black Milk, Apollo Brown, J.Dilla, Mr. Porter etc.
Jan 16, 2021 Be cool to have his honest perspective of being a white man becoming successful in a black culture & everything that comes with it. Just want to hear him deep dive more into serious, important topics especially now he’s older & matured, I’d like a reflection of that in the music.

Jan 16, 2021 If Eminem wants to release a thematic album, then let it be something more modern, like Terminator or Matrix, and not Alfred Hitchcock. I don't like the whole atmosphere with Alfred Hitchcock. That's not even close compared to how great Relapse was. Maybe for an album that was recorded in the 90s or even 80s, the atmosphere of Hitchcock would be OK, but not for an album released in 2020. He could take the theme of murders from the Jeepers Creepers movie (2001 & 2002) and it would be a million times better than the theme Alfred Hitchcock. I think I would have liked MTBMB a lot more if it was associated with Jeepers Creepers films than with Alfred Hitchcock.
Jan 16, 2021 Concept, I don't know. But the general theme I would like is for him to speak of his present life. Again, PRESENT life. We've heard all about his past. He was bullied, school wasn't a bed of roses. Crack head mom, deadbeat dad, irrelevant and insignificant stepdad. Volatile wife. Daughters being his focus in life. His struggle in the rap game. The world turning against him. We've heard it all over and over again. It's all good to think and reflect on the past, but Em can't act like his present life is happy go lucky. Dude gets cancelled regularly. Probably has social anxiety. Stays in a big a--- mansion probably alone. Listens to the atrocities happening in the world. People turning against him. He's got to have existential crises now and then. Em needs to speak about this. What is happening to him in the present. And when he does, he gives us his best songs recently: Darkness, My Demons, Zeus.
Jan 16, 2021 And Em said he made MTBMB for the sole sake of lyricism and not for saying anything per se. I hope this double album has given Em the chance to use up all his punchlines, entrendres and corny a--- bars. Next album should not have lyrical miracle.
