I'd say he would've been an underground artist at best, but Koke is probably right.

Well Em is a clone of the original so it wouldn't be the same. But sure.

I wouldn't mind it.I doubt they would have the same chemistry, plus the whole Bass Bros sound is outdated, I'm not sure if they can keep up with the current vibe. I'd prefer Em to use Dre or producers like Mike Will Made It...

Lol. Sorry but you're bullshittin' if you think Bass Bro beats are on the level of Dr. Dre's. Just compare any beat with by Bass Bros to Still DRE beat...

I don't know if this is true, but I remember someone saying that the reason that they don't work with each other anymore is because em was in a relationship with Jeff Bass' wife before they got married.

I wont go into it here but the reason is to do with business and how Eminem and his management (Paul) wanted to do certain things with some of that older music but wouldn't financially give Mark and Jeff Bass what they were owed rather than what was offered to them which was considered way lower than expected. There may be truth to Eminem when he got clean, wanting to not be around people smoking weed in the studio and I've heard people say the same thing about Obie Trice and I personally don't believe that. Jeff got clean in 2010 so very soon after Em did and I'm pretty sure they would all have worked things out where the studio environment has no drugs or alcohol around at all. I think it was just at that time when Eminem began the Relapse record, it was a case of just cutting ties and doing his own thing and the management side had already been soured anyway and there's been a few things since then.

And when you listen to what Jeff said, Eminem always thanked the right people but he never mentioned his name or his brother's name. That was for several grammys and many other awards. Was he given a list? Was it just a lapse in thinking? Or if he was given a list did that person make sure all the right names are on it and made sure to leave them off? You can't put it all on Paul either, Eminem is his own man, he should be able to give that credit on stage and that's many years before Relapse or Encore or any big drug habits. They kept working together all those years, it's not like Jeff and Mark stopped working with him after years of not being thanked, they worked with him right up till 2007 so the reason is 100% business, nothing personal. It would be interesting for both sides to go into in detail and I would think that is the reason why you'll never here any Bass Brothers produced stuff from the 90's onward that is unreleased. I would take a good guess and that's why The Slim Shady LP expanded was all songs that had been released prior, there was nothing new and I don't think there will ever be anything new. It would need to be stuff he did with Dre or other producers and even then I have a feeling for that time period the Bass Brothers would co-own all that music as he was signed to their label prior to the deal with Interscope.

It's interesting how many times you look at some of Eminem's biggest hits and many of them are co written by Jeff Bass and Jeff says it's his melody in WIthout Me and Superman, it's him playing the guitar, bass and the piano in Lose Yourself but a lot of people just see Produced by Eminem.........and Jeff Bass. But if you take those melodies out what are you left with? Drums? Some strings? And Jeff doesn't say Eminem told me to play this and play that, they're his creations.

No. I just want him to link back up with Rick Rubin. They honestly had great chemistry and made some hits.
