Dec 24, 2020 When was the last time Eminem did the old accent? Remember in Bad Guys Always Die? ''You need bullets, hurry up run.'' I think that his accent was the reason so many people were drawn to him at the beginning. I think the last time he remotely sounded like his old self was in Ridaz. I know that Em still has it in him. I'm not talking about high pitched, I'm talking about using his Detroit accent. ''Detroit, what?'' Remember him in Forgot About Dre? That's what I'm talking about. We really could use his old voice. ''One day I was walking by with a walkman on.'' ''Slim Shady hotter than a set of twin babies.'' I'm not saying he has to sound immature. But that accent was WICKED!
Dec 29, 2020 I love the relapse accent and also in Evil Twin when he says all you do is spit them lyrics out the wazoo. Sounds just like the accent in bagpipes from Baghdad chorus
Dec 29, 2020 Isnt it kinda weird how he just lost his detroit accent after the overdose? Like 2006 hes got it then 2009 its gone. Clone confirmed. Once again.
Jan 23, 2021 Gosh, the more I think about it, the more I think Eminem should surprise everyone and do his old Slim Shady accent. Not the Relapse one, but the Detroit one. People would go NUTS. It would almost feel like Jesus returned.
Jan 25, 2021 He always could. It's called styles lol. It's so weird how Em fans act like his voice is different incidentally, when he's obviously changing it to try a different style. But because it's not the tone they like, they're like 'oh d--- Em can't do his voice now!'
Feb 4, 2021 Yea! I think Eminem could do any kind of voice. Eminem, if you're reading this.... please at least just CONSIDER doing your old voice again or at least some kind of a version of it. I like the effort you put into Relapse, but unfortunately the accent was kind of a miss. You tried. But be YOU again. As a matter of fact, even consider doing your old voice again and even exaggerating it to the point where people say he sounds more like Eminem than he ever did.
