Back to back seasons with 80+ PFF grades & an EPA/play that ranks 5th in that same time span. He’s shown me enough to warrant a second contract. The reality is that in this league, it’s extremely difficult to compete without a good starting QB. Teams go years trying to look for a QB as good as Dak. Dallas has the weapons offensively & talent defensively to make postseason runs with Dak at QB.

Hoping Dallas can resign either C. Awuzie or X. Woods (resigning both is a pipe dream but would be amazing if they could do it).

Primary draft target should be Caleb Farley but if Trey Lance or Kyle Pitts is still on the board at 10, we got options. Desperately want Dallas to trade back if Lance is still on the board. I want them to stock up as much draft capital as possible. Pitts is a rare offensive talent at TE, I take him if he’s available at 10 unless another team is willing to trade the house to move up.

Me too. He played really well in Miami and was clearly devastated when the moved on to Tua. I know he's 38 and obviously just a stop gap, but I think he definitely has some left in the tank

We have 12 picks this year including the 6th pick overall, and then most likely two first rounders next year. Jets probably have more to give, but if it’s between us and the Jets in the end, I’d think Watson could force his way like Wentz did to Indy. That’s assuming Watson’s preference would be us in that situation. If the Dolphins get involved, and they come correct with the compensation, they’d probably be the favorite to land him, though.

I don’t think paying fringe top 10 QBs like they’re top 3 is necessarily the move either. Y’all should’ve came correct earlier before the contracts inflated to the 40 mill per year range.

At some point, there’s gonna have to be a conversation about not just handing out record setting deals every time a starting caliber QB is up for a new deal.

Brady never gets the biggest deal to be had because it handicaps the rest of the roster. If a Mahomes comes along, throw the kitchen sink at him, sure. Throwing money at the likes of Wentz, Dak, Goff, Cousins, etc. doesn’t get you anywhere.
