    I understand that is just a expression but nowadays everybody uses that for any event instead of looking for why it happened and what could be done.

    About oxygen thing. I highly doubt that dmx or is crew had a defibrillator with them. Let's give 10-15 minutes till paramedics arrived and the time they try to keep him alive was the so talk 30 minutes there's no medical miracle in this world capable of saving him. 10 minutes is already to them long imagine 40-45.

    Dude, I know lol. No one is debating the fact that a person's brain being deprived of oxygen for a long time is likely going to leave a person braindead. Again, my point was that we all know it looks very bad but talking about him like he's already dead is gross and a bummer.

    Availability, convenience, price, knowledge of their existence. The "oh it's not gonna happen to me" mindset.

    Most m--- heads/heroin addicts don't even know what the word hygiene means and probably don't care. Or as Donkey Kong mentionned, they think it won't happen to them.

    I wouldn't expect someone who is high on crack all day to be responsible enough to go out and purchase a testing kit at the store. Not to mention a lot of them are broke.

    Not talking about X here, but just people in general who are hooked on these drugs.

    you can’t actually OD on m---. You can do to much and have a heart attack... which is what looks like happened. So testing m--- really wouldn’t have helped in this case.

    However that is a very good question. I’ve never even heard of someone testing drugs. Like, I know you can but I don’t recall hearing anyone say they’ve done it. In my experience, I’m always s--- house drunk when I buy coke and I’m just too f----- up at that point to even think about it.

    I understand general broke users but I'm talking about successful people with the means. It's happening all too often to not be cautious nowadays.
    I thought it was fentanyl that made him OD?
    I know people who do.

    Isn't that what overdosing means tho?

    If you did enough that it caused you to have a heart attack then that is literally what having an overdose means lol. You had too much.
