Mar 23, 2021 Da f---? Fifty still slaps. I’m the Man? The Woo? He don’t make music enough these days is all.
Mar 24, 2021 Everything went downhill after BISD. I did like War Angel though. I'm The Man was cool, but it failed to blow up. The Woo is cool, but it's just a feature. I also used to love 9 Shots.
Apr 17, 2021 And 50 really got Googled more than Jay-Z and Lil Wayne last year. Wtf?! 50 Cent, Jay-Z - Explore - Google Trends 50 Cent, Lil Wayne - Explore - Google Trends
Apr 17, 2021 well I mean 50 is more relevant now between all 3 of them. He executive produced Smokes album, he has the Power spinoff and a few other shows and he's all over social media while those two aren't
Apr 18, 2021 He, Em, Dre, and Kendrick should put an album together called "Dr. Dre Presents The Aftermath 2.0" or something to boost his career back up.
Apr 19, 2021 We all can dream, but out of Em, Dre and 50, only one still makes music, and that's Em. Dre hangs out at the studio and 50 is an actor/TV producer or whatever.
Apr 19, 2021 I have always wanted an Em and 50 EP, but they've had like 20 years to do it. It will never happen.
Apr 19, 2021 because 50 Cent had the most massive fan base in the world, in every country. artists like Lil Wayne, Kanye, and others had a predominantly US fan base, while 50 Cent was a big international artist. 50 Cent holds the record for the number of countries in which he performed a concert. Kanye has never performed in so many countries. Even Eminem has performed in fewer countries than 50 Cent. 50 Cent is the most influential rap artist of the 2000s. I even think who was the more influential 50 or Em. The film "Get Rich or Die Tryin'" has been shown in many countries around the world, as 8 Mile. I don't remember movies with Lil Wayne or Kanye in theaters around the world. 50 Cent and Eminem are the only rap artists who have been idols to people around the world. It's no surprise that people are still returning to 50 Cent music. Interscope made the biggest mistake when it refused to promote 50 Cent and did not give it a chance to release Street King Immortal. 50 Cent still has good potential in the hip-hop world. Eminem should be as close to 50 Cent as possible. Thanks to 50 and Dre, Eminem has so much respect.
Apr 19, 2021 they have so many features songs together that they might just release a compilation "Em & 50: 20 Years", which will have about 20 songs that they have recorded together in the last 20 years.
Apr 19, 2021 All of these TV shows are mostly popular in the USA because these TV shows are made for the USA. Outside the US, people still remember 50 Cent as a rap artist, not a show producer. Most of his old fans don't even know that he is doing a TV show right now, but they still listen to his old songs on YouTube. 50 Cent may still release an album that will be successful worldwide (but maybe not in the US). He could literally release a new album for the world (not the US) because he is still known in the world as a legendary G.O.A.T. rap artist.
Apr 19, 2021 The problem with 50's shows is that they are made for a certain public, that's why they won't blow up outside of the US. It's always the same thing, drugs, violence, gangs and prison. Wish he tried something fresh and different. I didn't even finish Power. Still dont know who shot Ghost. Or care. We already have The Wire for all the stuff he's been doing.
Apr 19, 2021 And @Mando, I don't remember where I went in 08, but it was inside Europe. I went to a cd store, and they played A Millie. There was some teen buying cds and he was rapping along while buying lmao and it wasn't an English speaking country. They also used to show his music videos on TV all the time, he had features with everyone plus his own music videos. Ye also blew up, but I think that was more due to his shoes and the way he acts. Even though his discography is pretty dope.
Apr 19, 2021 Nas and Jay have always been more local. Over here that's Beyoncé's husband. Unless you're a rap fan of course.
