    Three tracks in — really enjoying the beat selection so far, especially the third track.

    Is it just me or does his voice sound muffled/distant on the first two tracks?

    Ya, mixing is not great; still really like this a lot tho. Beat selection is awesome. Features are perfect to me as well. Maybe a tad on the long side as a whole project, but again, this is up there for AOTY for me thus far. He sounds good mixing aside.

    yeah this is straight heat. Have a feeling he’s about to drop a few projects this year. He’s been quite for awhile. And the feedback he’s getting is just going to push him to do more music.

    Had the same reaction on first listen. First 2 tracks sound like they were recorded with a microwave lol. But it gets better

    Album is solid af

    Such a shame about the mixing though. Proper mixing could have brought this to a whole other level.

    What was the significance of even comparing Cam'Ron to Lloyd Banks (Two rappers who couldn't be more stylistically polar. Cam has never been known as a Punchline King. So like.....yeah. Lost me, Spring.).

    Someone made a poll asking who the best rapper was out of Banks, Cam, Jadakiss, and someone else I can’t remember, and Banks won by a landslide. Couple people started making Banks/Cam posts to make fun of how this forum overrates the h--- out of anyone associated with Em.

    Ahhh. Yeah, I was out of the loop. I mean, I would certainly hope the level that Lloyd Banks is performing at is better than a man about a half a decade his senior who started off young af rapping with Big L while Banks was barely 12 himself. And that's not even a knock at Cam. Cam is clearly out of his prime. Banks hasn't seen his yet.

    I mean this is probably the best album I've heard from Banks and it's still not in the same stratosphere as Cam's prime.

    Dipset has aged MUCH better than G Unit...I remember people used to compare both groups as if they're on the same level. Diplomatic Immunity is a classic and I could barely make it through Beg 4 Mercy the last time I tried.
