Because you listened to Drake's verse, you've listened to 30 seconds of the song, and because you've listened to 30 seconds of the song it now counts as a play for your account. Despite not listening to anybody else, because you've played the song you are now a monthly listener of Drake, Kanye, Wayne, and Eminem all at the same time because they were featured on the song.
