Jan 27, 2022 It's just the beats, if he'd given exact same lyrics, contents and flows over some dope a--- Dre beats, or trap beats. Nobody would complain, in fact some songs on that album would have came up a lot more often in the top em songs conversations...

I find some things enjoyable, but I mean when Ed Sheeran's singing is an album highlight for a rap album it's just like, what are we doing here? Lemme pull up a tracklist real quick. Walk On Water - I f--- with Believe - I f--- with Chloraseptic - I f--- with Untouchable - I f--- with (second half saves it) River - I f--- with Remind me - Pass Like Home - Pass Bad Husband - Pass Tragic Endings - I f--- with Framed - Pass Nowhere Fast - 50/50 Heat - I f--- with Offended - I f--- with IYH - Pass Castle - 50/50 Arose - 50/50 So yea looking at it, I'm okay with the first 5 tracks or so, album decides to k--- itself in the middle of it, and Em brings it back home (just slightly) towards the end. 5/10 sounds good to me.
