    Drake is not special or interesting enough to pull off an album in this style. I feel like there were some okay-ish tracks near the end but yeah, it's still mid. I wonder how this would sound if he had more feature guests on it. Like Rihanna, The weeknd or Chris brown.

    No, because Drake's "music" is accessible to anyone and it's an easy listen, Kendrick requires much more.

    No promo Isn't the problem with Drake's project. CLB didn't have it either.

    This Drake album isn't for everyone unlike his previous. Just like Miles Morales and whatever. Kendrick did release a song before his album, and Drake didn't do s--- before this one or CLB.

    CLB didn't have promo? Drake was everywhere before that, the NFL commercial during the most important match of the season and the Kanye beef was all over the web, without including the countless BIG feats in it.

    And just for the record, Kendrick's album is incredible, you can't get it if you praise Drake's plastic, i get you

    Kendrick has been boring as f--- for a while, people just praise anything he drops and call it a classic. If you enjoy that's cool, but I don't see the replay value and I think this is his worst, just like with Drake's last.

    CLB dropped a year later, he literally released the singles in 2020 and pushed it back. You guys call anything promo lol you probably think Em promoted MTBMB :drakelaugh:
