He just chooses not to. but I also like how every project is it’s own peace of art . Mmlp didn’t sound like TES. Relapse sounded nothing like his previous work . Recovery was the opposite of relapse.

Jun 28, 2022 Tbh that's how i feel about most of his new stuff. At first i like it a lot and it's in rotation for a while but then i pretty much just never go back to it. Don't remember when i last listened to Kamikaze for example, probably a year ago or something. Lack of content, overuse of puns/wordplay, voice...idk somewhere just loses the replay value for me. This feels like the Cudi track, it's cool but will probably be forgotten real quick unless it makes it onto a new album.
