    He put in more work marketing the first Curtain Call that contained his classic songs than this one lmao. He was also active during that time period too.

    It’s no comparison, true. But it’s a compilation of high performing songs and it’ll just print money for the label with minimal effort. My guess is that it remains on BB200 for a while

    Beyoncé hasn't even released a music video yet. I know it's a new album, but still.

    It's also her worst by far imo, but I don't like dance music so no clue about it.

    I don't see it staying around, but it will make his non hit songs bigger. The few real hits from CC2 have already done crazy numbers anyway.

    I have every Eminem album (I have every album for other artists as well I just like collecting CDs) and honestly idk if I’m gonna get CC2 it feels more like I’m doing it to keep my collection complete than actually wanting it at all.

    I've been gone but I'm crying @ the fact that curtain call 2 thread had 4000 pages. 4000 pages to anticipate a compilation album that's largely commemorating the worst years of his career :emoji_sob: that track list is so bad, like I'm half surprised they didn't include step dad

    that new song w 50 was cool tho

    I’m not surprised by that 44k #. Other than Godzilla all the biggest hits on this were from nine years ago or more. And it’s filled with filler tracks between the big hits people actually know. This is a project intended for the casuals and they tried to inflate its #s with a bunch of random tracks that were never hits.

    Got what he deserved with a quick cash grab in to get rid of new merch and bump up numbers for his streams, which was there goal of releasing this, so congrats. Wouldn’t be arsed if it sold 500k or 5k, the whole project has a lack of care and effort from him and his team, so why should we as fans or consumers, care for this. Just move on and hope the music side of his next project will be top notch which I’m sure it will as he cares about his craft a lot,

    Blessing in disguise. Now that the streak is broken maybe we get less cringe "hits" for the sake of getting streams.

    Quality> Quantity

    We know he is definitely capable of more songs like Deja Vu, GTC, Arose, Guts Over Fear, Bad Guy etc that were not on this album
