May 29, 2023 Raps f-----. Even Kodak dropped one of his worst projects oat. That being said durks been dropping mid projects since 2015ish. Last one that hit for me was 300 days 300 nights
Jun 1, 2023 I finally listened to the album. I could be wrong, but the lyrical content doesn’t seem much different on this album, at least not as different as “All My Life” led me to believe it would be. Maybe I need to give this more listens to really see if there’s differences in the lyrics. In terms of the sound, most of this sounded just like all the other Lil Durk music I’ve heard. Lil Durk is fire in small quantities, which is why there’s some highlights on this album for sure, but across a whole 21 song album this s--- gets extremely boring and mind-numbing. He’s very similar to Lil Baby in that way. I’d give this like a 5/10… there’s some good highlights but overall it’s a mediocre experience that brings almost nothing new to the table. Good music to put on in the background though. It’s not as bad as some people made it out to be.
