Jun 17, 2024 Wouldn’t say they bad habits. It’s just a style and tone he was going with at the time until it was time to switch it up. One attribute that sets him apart from most musicians is that he sounds different on nearly all his albums. Look at Nas and Jayz for example, they have sounded the same since day 1.
Jun 17, 2024 Actually unreal that now only have they been teasing this since February, but the TDOSS trailer officially turns 2 months old next week and we still don't have a release date. I think Em's the only artist that would ever put out a trailer for an album, and 2 months later his fans still have no idea when it's coming

Jun 17, 2024 There's nothing wrong in sounding the same if the content, the songs and the production is totally different on each album. It's the same person isn't it, so there's no reason for the tone/flow to change drastically on every other album. I would take Em vocals and flow from 2002 and apply them on every album and it wouldn't bother me at all. If the production, the content and everything else is different then why not. I don't really see it as an advantage Em has over his peers to switch his style so often, I just see it as him struggling with his own identity. That or he just likes experimenting with new voices and flows. But the thing is, it has led to a lot more misses than hits.
