Jul 14, 2024 I assume that they scrapped the Encore expanded edition that was planned for the end of the year that's why Brand New Dance is on this album now. So the time gap is free for maybe another album/deluxe. They also skipped D12 World expanded for this current album. It's a bad look when they release Encore expanded without a new song but put it on TDOSS instead.

Jul 14, 2024 I love the nostalgia but he def has his cake and eats it too. He avoids certain topics and words , intentionally, and it’s certainly calculated controlled “shady” why k--- shady? There was no need . side A and side B was the end result from this album. It would make sense if this album was after Kamikaze. Also a concept album doesn’t mean you say the first word of the next track right before it ends. GC2 could have ended the album. He should have realized he'd never match Arose and Castle, so he could have done a new concept Hallie song like Shady going back and forth with "Em" Shady could be talking about putting Kim in a trunk of a car and Em rapping about dancing with her at her wedding. Those songs tacked on at the end could have been "shady-ized" to fit the concept of the album.
Jul 14, 2024 Slim climbs out of the grave in that trailer. Also the murder mystery thing , something isnt making sense and not in the usual shady records type way. Now the steve berman skit? Could he pull off what he wanted to do with relapse all them years ago and do a double album ? f--- i hope so. First half off this album is godly and renaissance could have been the modern day rabbit run if he kept it going for another minute and a half. Shame about that but oh well. The second half of the album i appreciate way more but it definetly isnt as good as the first. Somebody save me is terrible though and ill never like it, not because of the content just everything about it bad way to close the album.
