Jul 20, 2024 I agree with pretty much everything here. I do think saying there is "a lot" of wasted potential is a bit strong. He certainly left some ideas on the cutting room floor, but from what I've seen, people seem to be pretty receptive to how this thing played out. I do think GC2 could have been a bigger finale to the saga. It's definitely not bad, but for an idea that supposedly means this much in Eminem's career, it wouldn't crack anyone's top 25 or 30 Eminem songs. For an album that has received the worst critical reception of his career, I think he's pleased with how the fans have taken to it. I do like that he seems to have really made an effort to not fall into the same mistakes that plagued his previous projects. I think what this album does most of all, is set him up for what will most likely be the final album of his career.

Jul 20, 2024 Impossible fam. BC the holy trinity exists. I could hear an argument for 4th, but there's no way an album with that bad production, and writing could be higher than I presume your lowest ranked sslp... When sslp has role model, and brain damage, and rock bottom... Different league.
